What is the lead time on orders?
Most inventory is in stock and ready to ship. For "Out Of Stock" items, please contact us directly so we can advise a timeframe pending your order requirements.
When will I get the order?
Assuming the required items are in stock, we can usually have your order packed and shipped with 1-2 business days. You should then receive the order within 1-4 business days pending your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping on all bulk orders is included in the price unless you have express or special shipping requirements.
When ordering socks, how do i know which sizes to choose?
Sizing on the socks will largely depend on the age group and gender of your players. We can provide rough estimates of ratios for sizes but we highly recommend ordering excess stock which can then be returned and refunded if needed. The minimum order quantities must still be met with all orders however (i.e. you can't return more than the MOQ). Return shipping costs must also be covered by your club.
